At Timelessment™, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, we offer a simple return process.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Certain items, such as custom-made furniture or final sale items, cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at service@timelessment.com to request a return authorization.

2. Once authorized, return the item in its original condition.

3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part).
